Looks like a tin of Ramen, but inside, ramen flavored candies. Ramen being that bowl of noodles on the front for the uninitiated.

To quote Tyron (the only person I know who has tasted them), “they taste ewwwwww…but the ramen in that photo….damnnnnnnnn gooooooooooooodddd!”.
