I am not sure what office chickens are supposed to taste like but full marks to these guys for taking advantage of a unique eating occasion, ie. grabbing a quick take out meal and eating at your desk, and running with it.

Karaage is a Japanese dish of chicken fried in a soy based batter often served with mayonaise. Think of it as Japanese fried chicken. Its great that someone thought to put this into potato chips, and actually they taste great.
