Honey Castella flavored Toppo (sweet stuff inside pretzel stick). Castella cake (shown in the image on the packaging) was a favorite of Ryoma Sakamoto the Meji restoration hero who was assassinated at the age of 33. This explains the illustration of him in the top left corner, but it doesn’t explain the reason for combining honey castella with pretzel sticks.
