I came across this one at a a Korean restaurant as an after meal mint. It hit me with a rather odd, but familiar taste so we asked what it was… turns out to be burnt rice flavor. An odd taste to go after at the end of the meal since I already had so much of it at the bottom of my Bi Bim Bap.
