This is a very interesting one. In Japan there is a chili pepper that you can put on certain foods called shichimi, which translates as “7 flavors”, based on its 7 ingredients. This particular Kit Kat is called Ichimi, which is just one flavor, and by the packaging image, this looks like specifically chili flavor.
The taste has a little of a chili bite to it, but is pretty mild. 10 points for originality.
